8. Data subject participation Copy

A data subject may request information from your Organisation on whether you are holding their personal information, this may not be declined, nor charged for.
The full nature and details of the information being held must also be provided on request, however, a cost can be levied dependent on the required information and would need to be stipulated in the processes of the Organisations manual and policies and procedures too.
