- What specific, explicit and lawful purpose is the personal information being collected, this purpose must be documented and adhered to by every one in the Organisation.
- Is the Data subject aware of the purpose for which the data has been collected, they have the right to know what information is being gathered and for what purpose.
- What time period are you retaining specific personal information and how are they disposed of.
